Management has always been very professional and prompt fixing our many problems (our air conditioner broke 3 times last summer!). However, the cheap rent is just not worth the safety risk of the neighborhood and the crummy facilities. We have drug dealers for neighbors, we've had a shooting happen in our parking lot, and I won't go out alone at night. Our apartment is teeny tiny and cigarette smoke leaks up through the pipes from our downstairs neighbors' apartment and there's nothing they can do about it. Plus, the horrible construction that's still going on right outside is expected to last until 2007! It's all proof that you get what you pay for, I suppose...I wouldn't rent here again.
