I lived at Wildwood Apartments for 3 years. And I must say that for a 1-1 bedroom apartment at 575.00, I deserve the name of a sucker. Not only does the management lack serious communication skills, they need basic people skills. They are unfriendly, superficial, and are willing to screw you every time you give them power. The maintenance is sub par. They will cut corners every which way just to save 50 cents! I have had to have repairs at least 20 times in three years.

When it comes to re-leasing or changing apartments, they come up with some story that there is only one apartment left in the entire complex so that they can squeeze every last cent out of your pocket.
