This Apartment complex is the WORST. Recently one of the residents of Wildwood was arrested for shooting at a police officer. This incident was reported in the local news. There are gang members and gang related graffiti/tags in the laundry room. In short, this is NOT Mr. Roger's Neighborhood. If you are a UT student, I would recommend living near the UT campus or in South Austin. Avoid this area (Northeast Austin) like the plague.

Also the management is TERRIBLE here. I have no idea what the other poster was talking about when he said they were great. TALK to some of the residents you see walking around here and ask them what they think about the management and they will tell you that they are an incompetent and unprofessional group of people. Billing errors are VERY common with these people so keep all of your canceled checks and reciepts.

Bottom line. If you can live somewhere else then by all means do so. This apartment complex absolutely SUCKS, as evidenced by the low ratings on this board.
