STAY AWAY! THE RENT IS REASOSNABLE AND THERES A REASON, IT SUCKS

I lived here about a year and made several complaints to management about the guy upstairs playing his music too loud morning noon and night. Management said they would do this and do that but nothing ever happened so finally I had to move to get away from the noise. I suppose the deadbeat upstairs is the kind of tenant they prefer. Their on-site security man came over several times (nice guy) but finally admitted he could do nothing because the guy wouldn??t answer the door. Security guy told me to call APD, so I did and he wouldn??t answer the door for them. No effect.
MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! ! !
Oh, and as for the glowing ratings, they were probably written by management.
