This place sucks. Oh Lord, I can't even tell you how bad this is, but I'll try.
Firstly, the noise. These people are ghetto trash. They will play music all night.
There kids, little kids, roam free without supervision. Reverse out of your parking space at your peril.
The place is infested.
The management are SO BAD.
This is not for decent people.
It's unsafe. Do not go out at night if you're female.
Your car probably will be vandalized.
They will try and rob you.
Please, for your own safety, or even if you just like to sleep, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Where do you live??? That doesn't even come close to describing where I live! I have never been robbed, my car has never been vandalized. I don't know, maybe I'm just more responsible about my belongings, because I lock my car and don't leave stuff out in the open. Ever. That's just being smart.

Who but the management would reply as above? You are not fooling anybody longhorn1. Don't you just hate it when those management skanks write reviews? The above review is so right on. I regret beyond belief ever moving here. The worst year of my life was spent in that hell hole. I swear I hardly ever got any sleep wondering what was going to happen next. You don't want to live around these scumbags. This is the ghetto. Keep going up Cameron and there's a halfway house for sex offenders. Is this there you want to bring your kids. If all you care about is the money, ask them how much the water/trash bill is....There are so many apartment complexes in Austin. Oh yea and you'll spend all the money you 'thought' you would save getting your car fixed.

I am management and I am replying to your statement. I was not here back in June of 2007 but I did arrive in Aug of 2007. There are several comments that you made that make it seem as most of our reviews are coming from you. (All of one person) It is hard to please every resident in a community of three hundred and forty four. But we strive to do our best. Our management team is professional and polite. If ever a problem is brought to our attention we address it. I am so sorry your experience at Wildwood was a bad one.

It was bad back in 06 and its still bad in 08. This place will never get better because of the location...near crack alley...lovely isnt it? I thank my stars i got a 6 month lease instead of a longer 1. I dont feel safe at night and check my locks constantly. DO NOT live here. I regret choosing wildwood for my first apt.
