This place is the pits. The apartments stink and are infested with insects. Your neighbors will be scumbags who'll double park behind you. Security is a joke. They break the gates and let their friends in. Management sucks. Your car may get stolen as that happens a lot. It's bad. Live somewhere decent. This is the ghetto.

Amen. This place is the pits. You forgot to mention the half way house for sex offenders 2 blocks South. Nice place for kids.
