They've done a lot to the outside, but it's purely cosmetic. Inside the apartments are filled with roaches and falling to pieces. I am surrounded by drug dealers. Music plays at all times of the night. Cars park in the tow away zones and block you in. The gates get busted regularly. Cars get stolen all the time. Security is pretty scarce. The management team seems to change weekly. This is not a safe place. As previously mentioned, there are sex offenders in the vicinity. This is a bad place. The utility bills are huge. This is a bad place and it's getting worse. You will not save money living here, I promise you. Live elsewhere or regret it.

Be careful. After I moved out due to being targeted by gang members, they wouldn't give me a break. That was 2 years ago and they still have ruined my credit and rental history because I was afraid for my life to live there anymore. If you are white and live there you should probably move because gangs will target you and I swear my car and apartment was broken into half a dozen times without any response from the management. They suck!!@!!!!

This place is sh**. If you are a decent person this isn't the place for you. I hate bugs and this place is full of them. I hate to be woken up at 3 am by mariachi music and it happens 3 or 4 times a week. I hate drug dealers being anywhere near my kids, and guess what we have lots of them to. The bills are high. The gates always get broke. I was told this used to be a good complex, but trust me, it's in the ghetto, and it's full of trash.

I wish you would not remain anonymous. I wish you call the office and speak with me. If you are not happy, come talk to me so that I can try and meet your needs.
