Our apartment was full of roaches. It didn't matter how many times they sprayed as the whole building was infested. It's old and everything is falling to pieces. The gates, when they work, don't stop the car thieves. It's right near St. John's or crack alley as it's known. I had drug dealers living next to me, below me, and behind me. Parking was so bad. The people who live here park in 2 spaces or in the tow away zones. We used to get blocked in all the time. They say there's security but I've never seen them. The people who live here are disrespectful. They will play loud music all night.
Two blocks south is the half way house for sex offenders. This place is not safe for you or your vehicle. Spend a little money and get someplace better. I nearly forgot that the utilities are real high too. Drive thru at night, there's some scary shiz going on. Don't live here.

My name is Charity and I am the property manager, and I would like to respond to your comments. I can not excuse what previous management has done or lack of. But I have been here since August of 2007. First let me start by stating that I can not fix a problem if I am unaware of it. We put in our monthly Newsletter that Pest Control is available weekly upon your request. As far as loud music and double parking, we do have "The Rangers" patrolling our property every night. Plus we are in the process of installing surveillance cameras. I wish you would contact the office that so we may address your concerns. We do care about our residents. In conclusion we are striving hard to make Wildwood a better community for everybody.

The management are aware that the place is full of roaches. We had pest control every week for months. It doesn't matter how clean you are, the people in the other apartments here are not. I can't imagine them ever truly getting the pest problem under control without doing entire buildings. As to the security, yes, they do have security, but it is too little. If the security were sufficient, there would not be so much crime. The manager needs to be more selective in her choice of residents.
