I have read what other people wrote, and I have to disagree. I have lived here for two years, and I have seen it all! Since the new managers came in last year I have seen a big difference. I have called in problems with my dishwasher and they were here the very next day and fixed it. I have never had any problems with roaches or bugs. My requests have always been taken care of or the manager will call me and let me know what's going on. I will say the parking was bad when I moved in and it still is bad. I know they are enforcing towing but at night it's sometimes hard to find a place to park. Other than that, I would say Maintenance, and Management are very good and I would refer my friends to live here with me.

4 favorable reviews in 2 weeks ....WOW!!! Can you say management review? This anonymous reviewer didn't mention the bugs. They didn't mention the crime. They didn't mention the crack house and the home for sex offenders. They didn't mention music at all times of the night. Move here and fear for your life. If the hood rats don't get you, the cockroaches surely will. Ignore all recent reviews - Someone is out to save their job.
