I have lived here for 5 yrs. Have seen some not so good to good.
I must say that in the past 9mo to a year this place as gotten alot better.
The maintenance dept is on the job. the office staff are prof most of the time.
I will and have reomended this place.

Give me a break. This is a management/relative of the management review. This place is the ghetto. Sex offenders 2 blocks away. Your neighbors are all on welfare or are illegal. Music all night. Cars get stole all the time. Bugs. Vandals. Crack Alley. Dang, gimme a break. This place is $hit.

You obviously have a lot of time on your hands to sit around an analyze all of your neighbors. This place has definitely improved, although it has a long way to go, I'm pretty optimistic. For the price and the location its not a bad deal. I think you must have forgotten about the fact that this is East Austin. Get over yourself and give people a break. If its so crappy, you should probably get out while you can, especially with all your issues.

Who but someone with a vested interested in this place would reply as above? MMMMMmmmm, I wonder. As the management, you have to feign optimism, now don't you? You're not clever enough to fool anyone. I don't have to analyze my neighbors all I have to do is count. Count the number of people living in the apartments - as many as 10 in a one bedroom. Count the greencards - 0. Count the number of times the police are here - lost count. Count the number of roaches - can't count that high. Count the number of drug dealers I pass on the way into the apartment complex - I drive by too fast so they don't carjack me. Count the cost of water/trash - 100 dollars. Count the number of times the gates have been busted - at least ten. Count the number of people I blame for my situation - 1 - ME!!! Don't be a crime statistic, live somewhere else.
