I moved in fall of 2003. It was a lot less expensive than many other places and the floor plan was great. I also have a spectacular view of a greenbelt in the back of the complex, which makes my patio very peaceful and quiet. I have no problems with noise at any time of the day.
I have been here for a year and have not personally had any problems with theft or vandalism, although I have recieved a couple notices that cars were broken into in the complex. I feel safer here than I would in any other complex in this part of Austin.
The staff in the leasing office is very friendly and helpful, and the maintenence people have always responded promptly. The only consistent problem I have had is with large dirt spots appearing on my carpet, which I believe is a result of a poor cleaning job before I moved in, but when I renew my lease I get a free carpet cleaning so it's not such a huge deal.
All in all, for the square-footage to price ratio, it's a great place to live.
