its an ok first apartment for someone..but i wouldn't go beyond that. i've been here for about a year and i'm ready to look for some place new. we have had a constat insect problem even though we have had the pest control guy out before. cars are always getting broken into (including my roomates car). given, that will be every where but when it seems to be happening on a weekly basic you'd think the managment would step up sercurity..since i've been here i have only seen the "APD courtesy officer" make a round once. they have twice "lost" my roommates rent..and charged him late fees cause they said he never turned it in. in my case, i think the problem is the management. maintence is pretty good about coming out the same day to fix something. the apartments aren't new..so keep in mind they have been lived in plenty of times. they could use new appliances..ours are pretty old..and you can tell. the fridge leaks..and the oven is not the great for baking anything. so like i said, maybe for a first apartment..but it makes you kinda sad when you realize how much nicer stuff you can get for the same price.
