I lived at this place for 2 and a half years! When I first moved in it was because the rent was pretty cheap and it was a fairly good neighborhood - plus the floorplans were pretty great! My first apartment had cockroaches so bad it was scary! I relocated into a 2nd apartment while I was there and had to deal with a hole in the floor underneath the kitchen tile! They just covered up the hole with tile! It was insane. I then transferred to a third apartment which was really great! Except when I moved in the carpet stunk of urine - the couple that lived there prior to me allowed their child who was about a year old to just walk around naked and urinate on the floor (I know because I had been in their apartment several times when they lived there.) When they moved out I thought the management would put new carpet in there! They didn't so in the end I had to pay for the carpet to get cleaned and then eventually replaced.

In time the area really started to go under - there were a lot of thefts and it seemed like the police were always there. It got to the point at night where it was scary to walk outside alone. My car was broken into once, my patio was robbed once and my apartment was broken into once - needless to say that is why I finally left this place.

Just remember - if you pay little $$ for a place - the area may not be that great and the apartments may be run down. I suggest you pay the extra money to live somewhere safer and cleaner.
