Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The manager is fake. She all smiles until you have a problem with your apartment. It once took two weeks to get a light fixed. The ants are always there, along with some type of worm that loves the carpet. The price is good, but maintence is non existent. We once had toliet paper and used tampons outside of our patio door for 8 days before they cleaned it up.
