I've been here for two years, and just renewed my lease. These apartments might not be the prettiest of colors on the outside, but they are cozy on the inside. Yes, it is an older complex, but there's something cozy about living in an older place, it's more inviting.
The 2/2 with the large balcony is by far the best deal. All of my friends love my apartment and can't believe what I pay. I called it South Austin Cozy. My boyfriend lives up north, and even he calls it his weekend house b/c it's so nice. There is an interesting mix of people who live here, young families, students, older couples, singles. It's nice.
Another awesome thing about living here is the open green field in the middle of the complex, behind the pool. Try to get a balcony with a view of this and you're golden. It's really quite serene after a long day at work.
As far as the staff goes, the current staff is friendly and competent, even the maitenance guys.
The parking lot is well lit for the most part.

I thought the office staff was great! Vicky the manger really knows what she is doing, and the property is older but clean and well kept, I really loved Christina and Dina they were very helpful when I was there!
