Willowbrook Apartments are horrible! Vickie, the office manager, is currently trying to rip me off for almost $500!! The office staff is horrible, the appliances, countertops, bathroom, and CARPET are old and filthy. Vickie is super shady and has never been pleasant to deal with! Watch out if you are a pet owner!
