Yes, 14 out of 300 people complained, but 14 people took time out of their day to voice their opinions because they thought the situation was bad enough. (I am not counting the three messages that were obviously left by the apartment staff.) I ask these questions:
1. How many of the residents know about this website'
2. Judging by the people Ive seen and heard, how many people there are computer literate and have everyday access to a computer'
Im sorry your feelings were hurt, but as far as Im concerned, this is your own behavior coming back to bite you on the ample butts. If you really cared that much, maybe you should treat your residents a little better. Try a little R-E-S-P-E-C-T towards those who pay the rent and keep you in your jobs.
The service is apalling, your manners are lacking, and the apartments are poorly maintained. They could be nice little places if you cared. Ive noticed that you seem to be having trouble renting...hhhmmmm...I wonder why'
Oh and by the way, clean that bettas vase! Its filthy and that poor fish is going to die!!
