Not renewing lease

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and have to agree with most of the negative comments. It is impossible to get a repair taken care of without making at least 5 calls to the office. The only way I ever get maintenance to my apartment to fix anything is when I get the "nice young man" on the phone...then they come out the same day I call. That NEVER happens when I report problems to the girls that work there. The frustrating thing about this is I pay my rent on time, the least they could do is get things fixed in a timely manner without numerous phone calls having to be made!
They just lowered the price of the apartments (mine is $100 less now) to the point that I am now worried about the quality of renters this will attract...I have noticed a decline since I first moved in. Because of this I am not renewing my lease. I have found a much nicer and brand new apartment elsewhere.
I agree, there are not more complaints on this web site because many people don't know about it or don't have access to computers.
I do think that if these apartments were completely renovated, as many of the older apartments have done, and under new management that it would not be a bad place. But since that does not appear to be happening, I am going to take my business elsewhere.
