Just kept getting worse

Parking is very difficult. There are no assigned spaces, spaces are too narrow, cars park over 2 spaces, abandoned cars aren't towed in a reasonable amount of time (9 months!).
Service was OK when I first moved in, but by the time I left, it had deteriorated. My apartment had a serious pest infestation that they took 5 months to eradicate, and they never did clean the dead bugs and other mess off the patio.
When I first moved in, water and cable were included. That stopped within the first year of my lease. There is no hot tub. The office claims to be open on weekends, but I hardly ever found anyone there during posted hours on the weekends. It was immensely frustrating.
It's overpriced and not being kept up. Not worth it.
