THIS NEW MANAGER CERTAINLY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE AN APT! DURING THIS TOUGH ECONOMIC SITUATION, I HAD A VERBAL AGREEMENT WITH ONE OF THE CUSTOMER REPS, BUT SHE SAID "VERBAL AGREEMENT" WAS NOT VALID. I WAS AN OLD TENANT FOR ONE AND HALF YEAR AND I WOULD LIKE TO RENEW MY LEASE, IF, OF COURSE, WITH A GOOD DEAL. FOR A $$$ ONE BR APT WITH NOT SO GOOD SERVICE AND ENVIRONMENT, I CAN GET A MUCH BETTER APT OUT THERE. I DO NOT NEED THIS DAMN APT. FREE RENT FOR NEW TENANT, BUT JUST A TINY SPECIAL OFFER FOR OLD TENANT. I THOUGHT LOYALTY SUPPOSED TO BE MORE IMPORTANT.
