promises promises...
nice people and competent maintenance staff but tiny spots to park-no security, a water leak for more than two years-permenant puddle in parking lot.hot-tub' hot in summer maybe. black mold -the apartment above was flooded i guess 3 years ago and the floor creaks and cracks like being hit by a hammer when someone walks on it. management enters your apartment if you don?t answer your door within a few seconds-and has inspections supposedly to maintain the property-nothing has changed in 2 and a half years-when my AC did not work -i was told it had to be 90 degrees outside or I'd have to wait till a weekday to get it fixed. once I gave the required SIXTY day notice of vacating -the hassles began-threats of eviction and 100% late fee 3 days after failing to pay water bill from an apartment complex that dumps water on the street with the irrigation system come rain or shine as well as the perma-leak on the north side parking lot.If you park your car-prepare to squeeze in in the morning because someone has likely parked within inches of your door-I have often had to climb through the passenger side because of the skinny parking spots. this and 3 mice caught in my apartment in the last 4 months--not to mention paper thin walls so you can enjoy all 4 or 5 neighbors conversations and lovely music. The gardens and grounds are well tended-at 7-8 in the morning on saturdays--free video library that has had few additions since 2002...that odor of cat urine may be a crank lab--not too sure. as mentioned before-the maintenance staff is very helpful-too bad they can?t empty the dumpsters that overflow every week.
