Wind River Crossing Apartments

Could be better From: austinicet Date posted: 1/3/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   Overall a nice place with some exception. Everyone in the office seems really nice, but there seems to be a constant turn-over. I've lived here for little over a year and don't feel I get my monies worth. The carpet issues were never solved from time of move and the 'hot' water, or lack there of, has become the main reason why I will not renew my lease. They have a very old boiler system and they don't seem concerned that some of us have to run water for a min. of 30 mins. (no exageration) just to get water warm enough to wash dishes. We don't need to mention the showers. What makes the issue worse... THE RESIDENT PAYS THE WATER. I have a problem with this. I've learned that the next place I live... will not be on a boiler system.
