The previous review is dead on accurate. Walk to the exact apartment you'll be moving into before putting down the deposit. If you're facing the interior of the complex, the noise is not so bad, but if you're facing 183, you will hear it clearly inside your apartment.
The parking is pretty bad but also depends on where your apartment is. I've lived in two apartments here - one the parking was pretty good, and at the other the parking really sucks.
No other complaints at all and it was definitely a good deal for what you get.
