This awful place...!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
If you have any respect for yourself, don't live at WRC. The staff is at best rude, at worst downright hateful and incompetent to the point of being evil. We have lived here for almost 2 years and already seen the management change at least once; both horrible. They sign for our damaged packages, they break into our apartments to "fix" things that WE NEVER REPORTED BROKEN, and...gah, the list goes on. They are proud of their grass, too; they don't care if they are watering the BUS STOP, or mowing the lawn outside your bedroom at 8am on the weekend, or dumping water out onto the parking lot at 5 am (oh, and we get to pay for that). We called them with a leaking sink (leaking out puddles onto the floor badly) at 4:55 pm one Saturday and got a "oh, we're closing now, but someone will probably be by tomorrow to get that." They weren't -- not suprised. Our AC has broken on average once every 2 months, our kitchen light goes out without warning throughout the day (no matter how many times they replace the bulb-- wow, do you think it might not be the BULB'''), our tub is PAINTED (the paint is sheeting off), the tacks stick through the carpet (wear shoes all the time or else!), the disposal broke, and I just....Arrg. There's so much wrong with this place. Not to even get into the creepy people that live here; I have had to call the police once because someone was beating someone up in the parking lot, and I've seen drug deals going on. And the dog that yips for days, and the pool full of leaves, and just... *sigh*
DON'T LIVE HERE! IT SUCKS!
Oh, and they cashed our deposit about 2 weeks before they said they would, so we even started out on a bad foot! And, they had to show us a different apartment than the model we were getting when we first came to Austin, and we asked the girl "will there be ceiling fans in our apartment'" She said yes. Guess what' They wanted us to pay $25 bucks apiece to swag them into our apartment once we pointed out that NO, there were no ceiling fans, and we wanted some. God, they suck. And every time we go in, we tell them that they have caused us nothing but nightmares, and every time, they apologize and say they want to do better, and EVERY TIME they screw us over in the end.
