Overpriced&Undermanaged From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/29/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   My apartment smelled because of the neighbors cooking, my balcony storage leaked and made everything mildew and ruin, my wall leaked and mildewed behind the paint, my a/c was broken 4 times in my 9 mo lease, the office was closed when I left for work and when I got home as well..., there is little or no parking and I got towed at 2am, my garbage disposal sat unfixed for 3 days which overpowered the curry from downstairs and to top it all of I met no sympathy in the office when I did manage to catch a live person.
