Wind River Crossing Apartments

I would not recommend staying here at Wind River Crossing! The management is horrid, unfriendly, and difficult to work with. There are many things wrong with our apt the most recent being a severe water leak from the side wall. We had told the management about it and assured us it would be taken care of. Weeks went by and more rain came making the leak worse...mold growing all over the area. Ended up telling them 3 times that it needed to be fixed and if possible if we could just change units bc there were other problems as well. Finally somebody came but all they did was slap some paint over it and said it was fixed...since then you can see the leak creep back to its surface and it looks horrible. Not to mention they didnt even tell us they be by to fix it like they said they would. They had specifically told up they needed professionals to do it so they would contact us to set up a good time and they never contacted us...just came by and painted. Switching units was out of the question unless we wanted to pay a whole lot more. Pay more for them not fixing there property..i dont think so. Noise is also a huge factor and it seems they will let anybody lease from them. Management is also extremely unfriendly..you have a package to pick up, get ready to feel like your being an inconvenience. We are moving out tomorrow is the only good thing about living here.

I live in Windriver now as well and have never had a problem with management. They are all nice and fun to talk to and have always dont what i have needed. and that paint, although it does not fix anything, does prevent mold

The office is NICE enough to accept our packages and I know it is secure in the office rather than outside my door. And I don't have to drive to the post office or wherever to pick it up. Also, they always have time to get my packages!

Paint prevents mold on the outside, not the inside of the wall leaving it still as very much a hazard. I'm glad you've never had a problem, but they've been abysmal to us.
