I went to see the apartments today and I was not impressed by the management. They told me if they showed me the apartment and I didn't sign the application same time they wouldn't give me the $300 off promotion! Basically, they just want people to sign up without looking around in this area. Seems like they have things to hide.. The road around the parking lot is pretty bad!.

Pretty bad first impression. They didn't even bother to get my information to followup. Please ignore the rating score as I haven't lived here just my impression.

This must be the first time you've ever looked for an apt., or you're just plain stupid. Apt complexes do this as a Look an Lease Special, not only to promote their complex, but to get you to live there. You will learn Austin is very competitive.

Every complex I went to does the same kind of special. Most of the time you can get them to honor it ALL day as long as it's the SAME day!

When I leased here I was offered a similar special. I was actually ENCOURAGED to look around and suggested to return here LAST...it was my choice that they gave me. Need to spend more time shopping and learn the ins and outs of how to rent an apartment; just like you would do purchasing a car. You will learn!
