After they said the hot water would be off for one after noon it was off for 2 weeks. Nothing was said and when asked they kept saying it would be on soon. It was the worse 2 weeks of my life. No showers had to buy water to wash our baby's bottles they dont seem to care. The day they turned on the water they shut off the electricity. If you were thinking of moving here DONT STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY. EVERYTHING YOU HAVE READ IS TRUE. The parties in the parking lot are getting worse the music is loud. It takes them 3 hours to check it out. I can not wait for my lease to end this is like a prison sentence. They should be paying us to live here. The door leaks you can see the sunlight thru it. our elect. bill for one bedroom is 200 bucks a months. They say that is normal for austin.

It is illegal to have water off for more than 24 hours without providing adequate replacement/substitution. I think you may have exagerrated.
