Ummm I've been living here for a while at Wind River Crossing almost about a year now and I just wanted to inform that, I really don't know what everyone is talking about. But they are no more pot holes and the place is not ghetto. I mean it's in North Austin on 183 there is no where thats ghetto here or even close. Actually they basically updated EVERYTHING. They have a new clubhouse that has a pool table and new flat screen T.V. and they even have wi-fi connections by the pool area. So if thats ghetto then I guess. Also about the staff, the maintenance guys are very cool they do respond really quickly and pretty funny especially the main guy. And they got two new leasing agents and they are very nice and if you just wanna talk; they will take their time of what they are doing and just chit chat. I really don't talk to management but if they can hire people like them, then I would expect the manager to be very nice also. So in my opinion it was just kind of weird to see these responses cuz they have been very good to me.

What's ghetto are the people that management rents to. What's ghetto is the fence that lets ne'er-do-wells come and go and break into cars. What's ghetto is that they update the clubhouse so potential renters see good things but let the rest of the property fall apart. The police are there on at least a weekly basis. That's pretty ghetto. What's more ghetto is that the place has a reputation to every APD officer I talk to. Go back to the office and do some work, you're clearly from management.
