Hmmmm. Bugs! You pay for extermination each month with the rent. I have lived here two years and the exterminators have come 3 times - once because I asked them too. Finally took matters in my own hands and now I don't have bugs. There are NO overhead lights in the bedrooms or living rooms. I have had flooding in my laundry room, living room (after the "improvements") and bedroom window. The laundry room was taken care of although I'm willing to bet there's mold above the ceiling tiles. The bedroom windows still leak when the rain blows from the north. The drain in the laundry room flooded my kitchen and laundry room. My dryer has not worked properly since I moved here because the vent is on the second floor....I live on the first floor. It was working great before I moved here. Coincidence' I think not. Cats are allowed to run loose. Guess they don't have the same rules as other pets. They poop in front of my patio and sleep in my planters. The lawn people blow their clippings on your patio. There have been water problems since I moved in here. For a while I had to boil water to have hot water to wash my dishes. Yes, they have made cosmetic improvements but this is still a very, very old complex that needs a lot of work. We have had so many water leaks in the parking lot it's unreal. Oh, and by coincidence when the largest one took place, our water bill doubled. Oh, my lease is due to be renewed and the rent on my unit went from $735.00 to $785.00 based on "comparable prices in the area." Oh, and when I moved in the outlet for internet in the second bedroom was "dead".
