The begin the parking here is horrible you have to fight for a parking spot, and if you find one normally it is too small unless you drive a Kia or a hyundai. There are no overhead lights, no ice maker(seriously you have to resort back to the ole 1980's ice tray routine) the appliances are cheap they fall apart, there is dog crap everywhere on the complex. The staff are really unprofessional and it appears that they just came from a low end job and happen to get a lucky break at this dump. ----- for one is very deceptive he will say one thing just to get you to apply, then does not follow through with what he says. I asked him about the low ratings that i have heard about this place, and he said "Oh Oh those are just people that were problems here and are saying that" how would he know who i was talking about. I some wonder about his work ethics at times because sometime he reeks of marijuana, it may be him, or one of the many tenants that smoke pot there that happens to carry on over to him. ---- is the biggest drama queen that i know, she has a hard time discerning if something is arguing and something that is inquiring. She is also unprofessional and her excuse for everything that is questionable about the staff is "Leasing agents are very through, i know we would of told you this even though its no where written, so just pay the money" imagine if all agreements were based off of a word how great things would be. The staff really are not that knowledgeable on housing rules and rights it just appears they stopped by on their lunch break from their McDonalds jobs to apply at Windriver. If you like a complex that is well maintained, well kept with professional knowledgeable staff then STAY AWAY from this dump!!

Very accurate review. The staff here is despicable. I can't wait to get out of this place! Sometimes I feel like I can hear it falling apart around me.

I have to agree with perfect gentleman. I stepped out my patio door one day this winter to get something from the storage closet. When I shut the sliding door, the "charlie bar" fell down and locked me out. Since I had been inside, the deadbolt was locked. I went to the office and told ----- my problem. His only concern was the apartment rental rep in the lobby and his family in the game room. When he could not reach a maintenance person, his suggestion was that I break the window and crawl in and oh, by the way, you will have to pay for the damage to the window. It was in the 40's, cold and raining. Thank heaven cooler heads prevailed and the wonderful ----- (best maintenance man they have every had)came to my rescue and removed the patio door so I could get in. Don't even get me started on how many times the a/c has gone out or on the answering service. It's just an old, old apartment complex that needs lots of work - other than the cosmetic work that was done in the last year.
