I can say that his entire review of this establishment is all due to his inability to understand a simple lease. It clearly states he must pay a pet deposit if he wishes to have a pet in his apartment. I know its a foreign concept since only 101% of the apartments in the known universe do that and all.... Aby and Kenny take great pride in their job and their community, anytime I have needed anything I have always been taken well care of. I recently upgraded to a bigger 1br and they made it a seamless transition. For all the comments you make about them "lucking" into their jobs and being McDonald's employees you sure did misspell a lot of simple words "perfectgentleman" maybe you lucked into your HIGH PAYING KING-LIKE JOB, that only allows you to spend what $600 bucks on an apartment. WOWOW your a real high roller!!!

Totally agree, I love living here everyone is super great and I have never had a single problem in 3 years. I love Wind River the entire staff and all my neighbors, and would recommend to any one and have to 4 people who all live there now and love it too!

A. the apartments are considerably more than $600/month and b. They have just increased the cost well beyond what it is worth to live there. Perhaps zwoolord has been off smoking pot with Kenny.....

Wow zwoolord really should not talk about any ones typos "WOWOW your a real high roller!!!" you mean YOU'RE (for you are a real high roller") and you wonder why our country is like Windriver sad. I don't understand how you were ever in the office with me when I only recall me going to the office on 2 occasions and both I do recall only having the ???FANTASTIC??? staff present, or elderly people. What I need to know is how much you are being paid to write these lies about this slum I will pay you double if you will just tell the truth. Yes the rent has sky rocketed since I got here from 595 to the upper 600???s. There are better places to live with staff that still display great customer service, unfortunately I found out that this place is not one of them after signing my name on the lease.

The apartment complex is bad. The manangement is sorry . Everyone need to quit aruing over this its stupid. The complex is bad its not the worst but its closer to being the worse than being the best. Come here for yourself to see it. But from me I would say dont move here.

It's pretty clear that those who are arguing are part of the ineffectual, incompetent management. Recent influx of crime, leasing to known convicts, the property has literally fallen apart in front of my eyes. Kenny is good people though. It's not HIS fault that the place has turned into a slum.
