Perfectgentleman/---- has a pit bull in his apartment that he paid some crooked vet to say was a mut. Pits are not all agressive, I agree but they have distinct markings and most properties are not going to allow them for fear of a lawsuit. His next door neighbor luckily even said he was calling an attorney for allowing the property to let ---- keep him on property. Living at these apartments has been great I have enjoyed the staff who, by the way, are very professional and 1/2 even live onsite. Why would they live in a place they aren't proud of and don't enjoy' It is a shame that squeaky wheels get the oil. There are over 300 apartments here and if one or 2 complain they may just be the ones smoking! This property has strict guidelines about people not having criminal records and they do routine drug screenings of employees, I researched it before I moved here, I used to leave east and I lived south and I didn't want my neighbors busted for drugs much less the staff. Maybe ---- can go to his crooked vet and get some more of the medicinal marijuana he claims everyone else smokes to calm him down!

Nice one, but my name is not ---- you really "intelligent" person. Replying and accusing me of being someone else just confirms that I am not the only one that feels this way so thank you for posting that for everyone to see how sad these apartments are and allows me to believe that you are either a staff member that desperately needs the commission so pathetically that you log on and lie about how ???wonderful??? Wind river Crossing is, or you are a friend that a staff member suckered into doing it for them either way its pathetic and not too ethical. If any future resident read this you can ask any person that has not been befriended by the staff( which is 95%) and they will tell you stories from everything from loud music constantly, to dogs barking non stop at 3am to having to walk around on your tip toes because of all the dog crap. The neighbors that I live around are counting the days that their leases are up so they can move out of here. It was not always like this, it only changed when the new management took over and things went to hell. This will be my last message regarding this because it is childish, I will leave that for the person who responded to what I wrote earlier ???-----/----???. The only places I can think of that are worse then Wind River Crossing are located either on Rundberg, or Manor rd. STAY AWAY you have been warned.

Yes this apartment complex is bad and I also heard that the one of the reason behind it is of the new management. I cant wait to move personally. I think that there are more that 1 or 2 complaints. Please try not to make the management seem better than what they are everyone knows ---- is stuck up and has an attitude problem. I am friends with one of the people who work there and I still want to move. If it wasn't for that person I would have moved a long time ago but now its not even worth it.
