This is as honest as your going to get and it will be easy to read also. I am the one who busted the management for leaving fake reviews on here signed anonymous now I will give my own opinion.
Parking- Its bad because I live in the front and if you live in the front the parking is bad because there are 12 apts in one building and there are about 4 buildings (I don't really count them). And there are about 20 spots I always have to park in the back because of the hours I work.
Noise- I don't hear anything I have one loud nasty neighbor but thats not the apartment complexes fault.
Grounds - The only bad thing like I said dealing with the hours the sprinklers always get me. But its clean except for the dog mess.
Safety- I feel pretty safe But there have been break ins(cars)
Construction - Its built pretty well I had a bad water spot on the ceiling but they fixed that. And my apt gets cold quick when I need it.
Maintenance - They fix stuff but sometimes they don't come back or they take to long to come fix things.
Staff- That dang ABBY is a 90% Bi-yotch catch her on a good day and she is nice. Kenny is a class clown type but will help and the other fat one with the black hair is never really there but she is a 98% bi-yotch never liked her.
Overall - This was a great complex not having a lot of experience living on my own but now Its horrible when I see what I can get thats better. I have a MOUSE and I am a neat person. I'm not the only one who has them so be aware. I already wanted to move because 650 for a 1 bed 1 bath 653sqft is not worth it but the rat is what put me over the the top. 2009 hurry please!!!! I would not recommend this complex to people until they get better management and fix the mouse issue.(NOT COOL!!!)
