Wind River Crossing Apartments

Look elsewhere! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/2/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Are rent is fairly cheap - BUT SO NOT WOTH IT!! We reported a leak in the ceiling when we first moved in - 4 months later our entire living area was wet from the leak getting bigger - now (4 months later) there is mold and mildew from the ceiling STILL leaking. I called the office everyday and am still constantly brushed off. Took the office 2 weeks to replace a kitchen light fixture and 2 days to fix the AC(IN AUGUST!!). Never had trouble finding parking, but the lot is constantly flooding. The floors are so creaky that just by walking around, our upstairs neighbor keeps us awake. Tennis courts are supposed to be open late but lights go off early - people in the pool til all hours yelling. We are willing to break our lease to get out of this place!
