Moved out because of new management and 'improvements'

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I moved into the Bee Caves Apts in the summer of 2000. I loved the place, the trees, the management, the service, everything. Then everything changed. The apts were sold to the new management company, the old staff was fired, the new staff was horrible and unhelpful. Then came the "improvements". Useless additions to the place that did nothing to enhance the living conditions.
'Eyebrows' (awnings) on the windows, painting the front doors a depressing black, brass kickplates' Masonry that goes halfway up the stairwell supports' A new workout room'
Oh, and the kicker was building a new mailbox kiosk so that they could put an 'executive center' where the old one was! I'm still wondering if they ever changed the step to the new mail kiosk to make it handicap accessible, rather than a real ankle turner. Doubt it.
What it boils down to is this: It was a great apartment when it was the Bee Cave Apts. The Windsor at Barton Creek totally blows. Besides, how generic a name can you come up with'
