I am going on my third year at the Windsor and feel I am in a great position to tell others what this complex is like. While the management team has come and gone 3 different times, the new manager and employees are fabulous.
I love the community enough to move into a larger apartment instead of another complex. The concrete floors, paint, and cabinetry offers the charm I have seen in houses in the Enfield area. Also, you CANNOT beat the location. five minutes from downtown. To me, it is worth living in a complex that is a bit older. Thanks Windor!
