I lived in these apartments a year ago. The apartments overall are pretty cool upon first glance and you cant beat the location, but after you live there a while, you will start to see how crappy the construction is. The place has a lot of potential, but the management are a bunch of crooks. Granted the apartments are older and the management tried to spruce it up but failed miserably to make them "luxury" apartments in any way. Not to mention the rats and roaches that make their way into your apartment, and some are quite large in fact. This property has a history of crime as well that goes way back as well. Save yourself the hassle and look around. I drove by their the other day and the lights down the driveway are still burnt out. LMAO. what a joke.
