I want to know how the management gets away with calling these rat holes "luxury aparments". The only Luxury here is that the location is awesome. Otherwise look elsewhere.

I have lived here for a year. It takes ten minutes in the am to get the water adjusted right so that I can tolerate the shower temp which ranges from scalding hot to ice cold- no happy medium. The grounds are pitch black at night, the management is horrendous in that they are not held accountable for any maintenance and they ALWAYS have an excuse why it somethig is not done. The grounds are messy, spider webs on the outside of the doorways, debris in the walkways,stone walls crumbling into the driveway. The long driveway is pitch black at night. The kitchen faucet leaks constantly, the porch floor boards are rotted out which makes going out there an adventure. I do not let me wife walk around outside alone because it is so dark and we recently recieved an ominous letter from management cautioning residents about suspicious activity etc... real comforting that the property is SO well lit. Walkways still remain pitch black, like the one to walk to gym or pool. HAA pool' Dirty.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Luxury is false advertising.
