Well I just wanted to post that I have lived here a little over a month and am very happy with my apartment. Beautiful trees everywhere, a gorgeous pool (that has been clean since I've been here), lovely park areas for your pets.

One of the pieces of gym equipment has been broken for an inappropriate amount of time.

I think the reason it is so dark at night has to do with all the trees, kind of keeps the light from spreading, but they do have attractive light posts spread throughout the community. I don't find crime to be something I am concerned about since it is in the safest neighborhood in Austin. When I tell people where I live they always seem to comment on the "---- police" and I tell them, exactly that's a big reason that I like it!

All of my appliances are in good shape, the one complaint I registered with management was resolved within 4 hours. My water is good, bathwater may take about a minute to heat up, the water pressure is fabulous.

I would, and do recommend living here.
