I love love love this complex! It's a small friendly complex, and everyone, including the managment is very helpful and nice. I had a few small maintnence issues when I moved in, nothing major, and they were resolved that same day!

The trees are gorgeous, and you just can't beat the location! They recently remodled the pool area, and it's absolutely beautiful! It's a little hard to turn left onto Bee Caves Rd., but it's a small price to pay for such a great community!

The interior is completley remodeled with stained concrete flooring, crown molding, and beautiful clay colored walls. I have plenty of closet and storage space (and I have A LOT of clothes =) The patio is large, and overlooks the creek, I have NO problem with the sound of Mopac on the side of the complex that I'm on.

The only complaint I might have is that the water tastes a little questionable, but I have Sparkletts delivered, so that doesn't really bother me.

I lived on South Mopac and William Cannon, and paid the same amount there for a one bedroom apartment and HATED it! This apartment is awesome!!! Great place, and worth the money!
