I like it alot! I've read the other reviews, and I understand the fact that I chose a building that is almost 30 years old - that's one of the things I like is the fact that I am ont in one of those cookie-cutter apartments in North Austin. So if the water takes a little longer to heat, that's ok, it's only about 60 seconds, and I spend that long brushing my teeth. Yes, there are tree branches on the ground when it rains, but I wouldn't trade that for the trees. I love the color of the walls and the new crown moulding. the upgrades that the new management is adding like the new landscaping, the roof work, the new paint they just did on all the railings makes thisplace even prettier. I can walk to Blues on the Green, I can take a cab for less that $5 to 6th Street and I can meet lots of other people just like me with pets here.
Maintenance has been wonderful. Lead Maintenance, Robert works so hard. He fixed my A/C immediately and always stops to say "Hi". Erin and Amy have been nothing but nice and helpful; I even got a call yesterday for no reason to check and see if I needed anything done in my apartment, which I didn't. As for you who complained about pests, that was a long time ago, and this company has pest control come every week. I've been here since April and am planning to be here for a long time. Thanks, Windsor. You guys rock!
