After living at this apartment complex and paying a resonable $595 for 423 square feet, FOR THREE YEARS, new management has come and have raised my rent by 5%, and would now like me to pay $625.00, FOR 423 SQUARE FEET!!! Are you kidding me'''
Lets begin with the bug problem that just wont go away. Second you can hear rats and rodents scratching in between the walls and they constantly wake you up at all hours of the night. Everytime I have told management about this they send someone over, but this always comes back. Third, the water temperature in the shower goes from hot to cold in a split second while you try to shower DURING THE ENTIRE time your trying to shower (in the three years that I've lived here I have never been able to take a comfortable shower.) Fourth, their parking spots are so close together you hope that people are civil and do not open their doors into your car. And finally they have such a dark property that at night it is accessible to any peeping pervert that is prowling the neighborhood. IT HAPPENED TO ME. This place use to be cool b/c of the convenient location but they are running loyal tenants away with their new UNFLEXIBLE rates.
