Luxury Apartments' NOT

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
The rent is much too high for LUXURY Apts that are not luxury. There is no garden tub, just the 30 year old tub refinished. The walls were never fixed they were just painted over the damages. The ceiligs show evidence of its age and there is nothing luxurious about the place.
