Chemical spills//mosquitos by the pool//termite city for a high cost

Chemicals were spilled by the trash bin and dipped down to the sidewalks, moons ago....they will not clean up...so you track in chemicals into your apt.
Mosquitos by the pool----uncomfortable!!
Termite infestation on that property....in addition, when these folks got the great idea to remove the carpeting in the apts, they never bothered to gloss it over so the floor remains porous, the result is .....your feet get black with the grit that accumulates over years and years of carpet use. It does not get clean.
When you move in the place is filthy, they charge you money they keep and they do not clean apartments before move - ins. Bathrooms are old and are poorly constructed. They are not energy efficient and the maintenance staff does not know what they are doing.

oh my gosh--my boyrfriend and i come home every night and our partment smells like chemical death! Paint and rubber cement fumes--my boyfriend has had allergies for more than a week and i have had a very long headache.
