Been through 3 different managing companies in two years. The first switch was while I was moving-- I got here and they had no idea who I was. The most invasive people I've ever rented from-- entering the apartment without notice on too many occasions. Ask for something to get done, wait, repeat, wait, repeat, ad nauseum. Rent numbers are advertised lower, because they don't include other fees. Bedroom shakes and windows rattle when the rowdy neighbors run up and down the steps. Parking is inconveneint at best, people park taking up several spaces, door dings are frequent, people park in no-parking areas making entry to your apartment a pain, and there have been several break-ins recently.

It's tempting because of the great location, but you could very easily do better by looking somewhere else.

update: Once again, the nieghbors are treating the place like their frat house; if you're interested in beer-fueled howling at the moon at 3AM, followed by yelling and rampaging up and down the stairs outside your bedroom, this is the place for you!
And I have to second the complaints about the water-- this is the worst shower I've ever lived with. Temperature changes wickedly, takes 2-3 minutes ot get hot water in the shower. Sometimes the hot water just disappears in the shower, sometimes ALL the water stops, leaving you cold, wet, and naked, with a half-shaved face. Very impressive.
