My boyfriend and I moved back to Austin from California about 8 months ago. When we first came across these apartments we were pretty excited as the location is great and the price was right. On our first visit we were shown an apartment that was a model...it was very nice. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, stained concrete flooring, the works. Our apartment looked nothing like this apartment after we were told that our apartment had all the upgrades. That was just the beginning.

The noise level in these apartments is horrible, you can hear everything and I mean everything. You can hear when your neighbor takes a shower, gets up in the morning, comes home in evening. You can keep tabs on everyone.

The place is falling apart. It is not one of those charming apartment complexes, they have basically tried to make it modern without doing any actual work. How about painting the whole bath tub with white paint and now it is chipping off and there is mold growing in the shower. The appliances are old and stove is horrible. They are currently doing upgrades so there has been construction going from the time we moved in. There was no mention of any of this when we signed our lease. So for the last 5 months there have been people everywhere working on this place. People are always in out of the complex and they enter your apartment on a regular basis.

While they were painting the outside of the complex they got paint on some of our stuff sitting on the porch. A dog crate and what not. So when we told them about this they came to clean it...with paint remover. I don't think I would put my dog back in a crate that has been cleaned with paint remover.

This past weekend it rained and all of the windows in our apartment leaked and the walls bubbled. We called about this and we still have had no response. The apartment below flooded and the tenant was told that the complex is not liable. The people in the front office are not helpful and very rude for the most part. This has been one of the worst places I have lived, aside from the location there is nothing good about this place.
