Going on 3 years! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I moved from a 1/1 to a 2/2 recently after my search for a house did not work out. Management was very courteous and accommodating during the transition. The location is simply unbeatable especially for a downtown worker, like myself. Maintenance has always been prompt and efficient. So far, no safety concerns either. I am going to miss this place when I finally get a house! :)
