the management is HORRIBLE. they are never in the office and NEVER return phone calls.

they told me that they wouldn't renew my lease even though i had never had one complaint from them about anything, and they gave me no explanation whatsoever.

they walls are INCREDIBLY thin and the plumbing is VERY noisy.

the maintenance crew is horrible, they have no idea what they are doing.

the apartments are gated, but the gates break constantly and are left wide open.

there are SNAKES everywhere.

it looks like a great place to live, but is overpriced and not convenient to anything but west lake. there are no grocery stores, gas stations, etc that are less that a 5-10 minute drive. i could go on and on, but i won't. just beware.

So they this is a Luxury Apartment. There is no microwave, there are no washer/dryers or hookups, there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms (so of course the steam leads to mold), they don't replace the AC filters monthly (you have to request one and change it yourself), and the TVs were removed from the tiny gym. They want to go up on from upper $800 to mid $900s for 700 sq ft. Allison is interesting and punishes residents by little ploys such as closing the pool the entire weekend because a "resident" (it could have been someone who just drove up sinch the drive though gates are open so much of the time) let their dog swim in the pool and the PH in the pool couldn't be balanced -- for 48 hours???. The gates are constantly open, so why pay so much for insecurity??? I must have missed the LUXURY portion. She also has a reputation of not providing a copy of you initial inspection list, so can charge you for marks on things that were there when you moved in. The pool is great, but that's just about it.
