Lived here prior to and during the renovations. The review that says the place is well kept moved in after the renovations. Had to endure contractors taking up parking spaces, blaring loud music, and acting like I was causing them problems while the renovations went on.
Floors/ceilings seem to be made of paper. I caught an older lady in the office one day to complain of the same thing in her apartment. Definitely not a quiet abode.
When my stove had a problem, the staff repaired the problem but little more. They don't pick up after themselves. Resident gets to clean up any messes.
Was only there 6 months and my toilet backed up on my floor twice. When I called in for repair, the answering service was always more concerned that I turn the water off than getting my problem repaired.
Laundry is impossible, unless you have day hours free.
Met a nice neighbor and still keep in touch. Misery loves company'
The location was nice but busy at times.
The back entrance to the complex is sometimes gated and locked, and sometimes not. Couldn't depend on it being locked or not.
Leasing staff is friendly and inviting. They really try to make sure the residents are at ease, but they are only there during business hours. Residents are there continually.
